Columbia, Maryland 21044 Real Estate Sales Since July 1, 2010 Ellicott City, Maryland 21043 Home Sales Since July 1, 2010 West Friendship, Maryland Home Sales Since July 1, 2010 Median sold price edged down 3.5% from last year, but dollar volume and number of homes sold are both up solidly, while avg days on market fall from 118 to 72. For the quants out there, all the raw data from our MLS. The stats are in for October. Like pretty much every month lately, it’s good news and bad news. Let’s start with the good stuff!
